Foundation Class:
In the foundation classes, you will be introduced to fundamental yoga poses, helping you to build a strong foundation for your yoga practice.
With the advantage of having the small group of students, the classes will build on, making it possible to have gradual progression each week. The pace of the classes will be dynamic.
Gentle Beginners Class:
In gentle beginners classes, you will be introduced to fundamental yoga poses as in foundation classes but at a slower pace. You will work on some of the standing poses as well as sitting and supine posses. The classes finishes with few restorative poses.
Level 1:
In level 1 classes, you will be strengthening your basics and gradually progressing onwards with the practice you have built in Foundation classes. Here you will also be prepared and slowly introduced to Shoulder Stand.
Morning Yoga:
It is a dynamic, all levels class. You will learn Sun Salutations, do some standing posses leading to different themes.
Gentle Class:
In gentle classes, we begin the class by connecting our breath and movements with a simple sequence or with a simple sun salutation. Then we continue working on other yoga posses at a moderate pace. The class finishes with few restorative posses.
